【Wearing Instructions/Care】

• It may take a few days for your feet to gradually adjust to UARCH adjustable arch support shoes. We recommend wearing them for only a few hours each day for the first few days, then gradually increasing the wearing time. If you experience any discomfort, remove them and rest for about one to two hours before putting them back on to help your feet adapt to the new orthopedic comfort and support.
